I'm reorganising my military (reducing forces at the border and building two small armies for emergencies) and thinking about how to build a stronger, happier nation.

I regret to announce that our deal for horses ends in two or three turns. At that time, I will not be able to renew our deal because I need to build cavalry to defend my nation. I expect I will be able to loan you horses again once my defences are complete.
