I moved my ancient Bombing squadron from my Capital to the front last turn

thuis turn I damaged a greek battleship

this turn I moved up a new jet fighter squadron - ready to attack next turn

also 15 new jet fighter squadrons are under construction
(this is my favourite unit in all of Civ )

also an ancient artillery piece started firing on a greek destroyer

well after all this would you believe that the greeks want to talk with me - bahhh humbug to them

the Greeks are losing their big ships, and producing lots of destroyers

That's good news but it looks like they have some impressive stacks of naval units there.

Once their navy is in ruins will you transport troops over to Greece? That'd be a hard fight, I think. You'd have to transport a lot of units at once to take a city and gain a foothold. Tell me if you need the border opened to get through.

The Iroquois (and who knows who else?) have seven nuclear weapons. Some of those are ICBMs. Yikes. I hope the Greeks don't have them and, if they do, are sensible enough not to use them.

A small Greek fleet of destroyers is heading up my west coast. I'll follow them and see where they're headed. Also, I've cancelled my Right of Passage deal with the Greeks so I can safely open my borders for a turn if you want to send an army through.

I have Jet Fighters up from the President Bush Air Base, running recon missions down the gulf

and at the Prime Minister Howard Naval Base, our 1st Nuclear Powered Submarine will hit the water next turn to patrol the gulf
