The more i think about it the less excited I get about Zulu's. They're cool, but they really do suck. How about Hittites for me.

It's not a bad shot. In general doubling the science rate makes for an extremely slow start and making it 1.5 times higher makes a slow-ish game in the beginning. Without AI to cheat us out of it and with the smaller optimal city number, this slowdown should work for a large part of the game.

One note, however. The slower the science, the more powerful the Expansionistic trait gets.
