Thank you. I hope this will help deter a war between factions of our former alliance.

Alexander,
I have now signed a Mutual Protection Pact with England. Surely you realise that if you attack me again you will become involved in a war that will destroy you. Take this chance to make peace with my country and save Europe another bloodbath.
By the way, we have sunk two of your ships in retaliation for last turn's attack.Formerly known as Masuro.

Marcos (you cowardly bolshevik):
I may have considered a cease-fire, but your continuing acts of aggression have destroyed all chances of such. Surely you do not consider the rest of the world so naive as to ignore your two-faced approach to diplomacy. You ask for peace, then have the nerve to sink 2 of my ships. In "retaliation" for what? You were the first aggressor and struck first at 2 of my scout ships. When my reinforcements arrived and sunk your ships, you then claim to act in retaliation? You are a liar and a scallywag!
You are now confident, as you feel you can hide behind your recently signed MPP with Britain. You may find the world is not as simple a place as you had hoped.
Lord Rickety, the King George III (my affectionate cousin):
Witness the Spaniard's disregard of any peaceful intentions. He is a snake, no less. He talks peace in one breath, and sinks my ships in another. I am regretful that you have signed an MPP with him. As you can see, he has been the first aggressor subsequent to the signing of your MPP. He is also presumptious of your support by stating that "if you attack me again you will become involved in a war that will destroy you". He is clearly hoping for me to continue to attack him, so that you will rush to his side to fight his war for him, causing damage to both our nations.
I understand the pressures that have been brought to bear upon you , cousin George. However, should you be forced to declare war on me because of this ill-advised MPP you have been forced to sign, I pray that for both our sakes you continue to remain physically neutral. While I respect the strength of the English forces, Russia is in no way daunted by them and as you know, possesses significant military might of her own. Please, I beseech you, do not become embroiled in a war that is not yours to fight, out of a misplaced sense of honour towards this barbarian. Russia will not capitulate, and Russia will not bend to blackmail. Please, do not bring misery upon my people, as to do so will surely bring misery upon your own.
I should also add that I expect Lord Paddy without hesitation and without prompting on my part, will back me up in these statements. So if you meet me have some courtesy, have some sympathy and some taste
Use all your well-learned politesse, or I'll lay your soul to waste

Lord Paddy:
The war against Austria progresses, with minor skirmishes taking place and much resting for the push towards Salzberg. We have however secured the city of Bordeaux, which now gives us land right on the Spanish border . May I enquire the destination of your massive stack of armies northeast of Prague?
Our workers are engaged in laying an alternate route south to Lvov through the Marshes of Minsk, which will then allow us to cede the conquered city of Warsaw to our ally Prussia, for presently there is no alternative supply route for our forces in Austria. Prague shall also be handed over to you, once it is no longer required as the marshalling grounds for our attack on Salzberg.
The Spanish remain bothersome and have sunk 2 more of our ships. We retaliated by scuttling 2 of their damaged tubs, and are hopeful that Lord Rickety shall remain neutral in these skirmishes of Russian honour, even though he has inexplicably signed an MPP with the Spanish crazy-man.
I see a stack of Ottomans threatening Nancy. Are you adequately defended in that region, or in danger of losing ground?

Ah, I did not anticipate an act of aggression from General Marcos whilst we negotiate for peace. However I note that Alexander has made retributions within the same month, so the ledger at this point remains even, as far as I am concerned.
A further attack by Spain in the absence of a further attack by Russia will result in my withdrawal of our MPP, which is now on shaky ground in any case.
The seige of Paris progresses slowly, as the Ottomans have proven to be determined defenders.

Stick your peace up your proverbial, Marcos. And don't give us that clap-trap about dogs being bitten. You clearly attacked me first and you know it. As for you moving your ships away and giving me an advantage.....I fart in your general direction, you snivelling Spanish pig-dog!!!
Truth is.....the "advantage" you speak of is probably caused by the fact that I have 3 times as many ships as youSo if you meet me have some courtesy, have some sympathy and some taste

Ouch, indeed. You hurt my feeling, Alexander. Anyway, it's my fault for bothering to reply to such a warmonger. *sigh* Well, attack if you're bent on destroying my people or sign a peace treaty if you want peace. I will not attack unless attacked by you.
