          • 2-2 Cities may be offered diplomatically only as part of a peace treaty.
            Gifting cities on your way out is a pretty clear imbalancing factor and violation of this one. A peace treaty implies you are trying to maintain a presence in the game.

            I'd go back and abandon Rick's cities after his last turn, but it sounds like Paddy and Aqua are ok with continuing as is...?
            The right honourable Scotty is correct that have been lax and out of line on this game (but only because I've been at the bottle of wine he gifted me recently... ;-)

                  • Sorry about that guys, I didn't notice the rule, and was working on the historical precedent basis.

                    However, I don't think the cities will provide a great deal of advantage, at the rate Paddy is advancing on them.

                    Still, I am very sorry for not reading the rules closely enough, and in effect cheating.

                    It's been fun, despite the whipping.
