Actually, I doubt this is a problem with the mod. It looks like the game is just confused by all those rivers.

It was random and untouched. I tried to choose all the same settings as the PBEM, except I chose the Turks as my tribe. It looks like the spur of the river my city is on isn't giving the bonus, but a couple on the NW edge are missing it too...Enjoy Slurm - it's highly addictive!Comment
