I have tried to play the save bongo sent me but there is something wrong with it, all the sound effects and movements graphics are wrong. It is either a buggy save file or settings have been altered so Im not playing with this save.

This time my game wont even recognise the save at all, so something is amiss.
I have no problems with any other saves Im receiving so I dont think the problem is at my end.
