Turn out it was not a bug, just a very annoying change in the game-mechanic from ptw

A state of war has now emerged between Preussia and Russia/Spain. No shots has been fired so far from either side, even if Preussian forces have had plenty of oppurtunities.Don't eat the yellow snow.Comment
