In an attempt to pick up the pace of this game, would it be possible to set up some time slots to get two turns in per day? Each player would try his best to play his turn during his time slots, so everyone would know when to expect their turn. We have done this with success in the 2-a-day PBEM game.

So from our pattern so far, it seems possible to set up the slots this way (all times local to each player):

alexman: 13:30-15:30 (eastern)
Trip: 13:30-15:30 (mountain)
smellymummy: 14:30-16:30 (western)
Soltz: 16:30-18:30 (western)
alexman: 21:30-22:30 (eastern)
Trip: 20:30-21:30 (mountain)
smellymummy: 20:30-21:30 (western)
Soltz: 21:30-10:30 (western)

and i don't think it's so much for the 2 turns a day plan ... kinda early to be dumping that idea isn't?
