duuk, you can change Manhattan Project to a Small Wonder in the editor (Improvements and Wonders). It works fine in PTW 1.14 or 1.21.

dunk, the AI doesn't actually know which player is the human player. With the exception of the better trade deals (which can be changed in the editor) they will treat you the same as the AI players under the same conditions. It could be that you are doing something that makes them not want to trade reasonably with you.
