The editor doesn't really allow for true scenarios, in the sense that we're used to, but there's still some cool things that can be done with it to create a unique game under customized circumstances. Maybe a "Mod Contest" would be a better title...Infograme: n: a message received and understood that produces certain anger, wrath, and scorn in its recipient. (Don't believe me? Look up 'info' and 'grame' at dictionary.com.)

The biggest limitation is that states can't be into a diplomatic stance. This precludes many specific scenraios, but others where treachery and shifting alliances were common (say Feudal Japan) could still be done now.Seemingly Benign
