Random maps, hands down. A vast part of the games' fun is exploration, which is totally missed on an earth map. Also, if playing twice at the same earth map, you'll know where the resources are, which also takes fun out of the game.

It seems some how unfair to play on a map that you already know. That's why random is better; more challenge.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.Comment
