Are bombers and catapults usefull?

Caution on using bombers to deny access to strategic resources. Be sure to send recon missions over strategic resource to get play map review. Otherwise it will look like there is no road to resource, but AI has usually rebuilt the road. You can only see the road when
1. send recon mission, or
2. bombard same tile, or adjacent tile, or
3. occupy strategic tile, or adjacent tile.
