    Well, im running civ III on a P1 233Mhz CPU with 96 MB of RAM, with a grafix card with 2MB onboard memory.

                  OK... this thread has been in the archive, and ever since it was put out, there have been numerous problem with downloading the file. As I'm rather tired of getting emails about receiving the application, see it attached here, and download from this post.
