  • When you start using the editors; What will you do first?

Feel free to came up with ideas.

I myself would try and see if I could add some more resources as tin and copper.

I wanted to make a scenerio in which you start at 0 C.E. as either rome, Parthian, Han and other empires and tribes of the period, haven't worked out the exact details yet.

Slow down tech research if necessary, and edit unit specs if I don't like them.
Then I'd make a simple scenario for myself in which the native American civs (grrr Inca's aren't in ) have colonised large parts of the world and the European civs are like 3rd world countries...

Maybe create a new civ, or modify the attributes of existing civs.

Just screw around, which is about the only thing I ever do with the editors.

Hmm, maybe I will make a SMAC mod?

Change some of the CSU's so they aren't mostly bunched at the beginning of the game, then maybe try out putting a British Civil War senario together.

              But it's all good.

I will add either the Phoenicians or the Ethiopians or both.

I might also screw around with some new government types, depending on how the current mix plays out.

I will see what I dont like that I can change, but im POSITIVE im gona bring Fundy back and I might add facism(sp) City state, fuedalism, and empire, they would look something like this...

Fundy- what we all remember from civ2 (cheap troops, fannatics, no unhappiness, no science, and money like you wouldn't believe)

Facism(SP?)- costly troops, normal science, little unhapiness due to oppresion, and some cool buildings

City state- best for small empires because of unhappiness+corruption+troop cost, but has better science, a production bonus, and a whole lotta culture.

Fuedalism- good for large empires becouse of flat corruption rate, cheap troops, and a real oppresive regime, but is bad at science and has a production penalty to represent the fueding states pumping out private armies and fighting each other

Empire- monarchy with more units (how many depends on how the game works), lower corruption, but science is a bit weaker

those are just some random ideas
