  • Small Powerful Civ Option

I ahgree with some of the arguments that in Civ it seems that bigger is better, which isn't necessary the case. I hope the more "perfectionist" civiizations are more playable.

For those supporting this idea, I hope that as we work on our world maps and scenarios a couple of ideas could be implemented.

    1) increase the population cost of settlers

    2) provide more bonus or strategic resources in countries historically powerful but smal (i.e. UK and Japan).

    3) make tiles like desert, jungle, etc very unsupportive/ no resources, production, food and hopefuly there are some slots to create our own tiles (so we can have more fertile plains, or areas for rice paddies).

    Any other suggestions.

Isn't it a bit late to chnage the game now?
    It's already gone gold?

        Any other suggestions.

britain was the #1 imperialist country of the world; the one taking the most advantage of having vast lands & resources..

look at their situation now; they have no colonies abroad; they suck

i agree with you from the game pleasure point of view but the resource concept is better than what you offer I guess..

Isn't the current increase good enough?
