    Hmmmm....control of waters....hmmm....

One of my first scenarios: It's 2003, and hostilities have flared between Iceland and the UK over fishing rights in the valuable North Sea...Violence erupts...

    Who will you play?

      Iceland, of course.

Oh, and by the way, thanks to Iceland fighting the UK in 1974-1976, it is 200nm, not 14. The only time two NATO countries have been at war.

        Who will you play?

Neither....All the fish in the North Sea were pickled long ago by the oil slicks!...

        ...and nuclear waste.

...oh don't forget those sewer pipes that go several miles out to sea.

That's why I moved to New Zealand. Couldn't take those green and pleasant lands any more...well greenish...it's probably toxic waste.

just had a thought...you don't need to have those pollution icons...just pump it two squares out into international waters.

I really hope that the AI will respect these borders. In Civ 1, 2, Ctp 1, 2 i always had foreign units on my territory. Sometimes they would really retreat after a request to do so but most of the times i had to declare war on that nation and destroy the units and most of the time their whole nation right afterwards .

And in CtP2, you would tell them to piss of and they'd smile and say YES. But they didn't move! That is annoying...

what really pisses me off is when you tell them to leave but they're between two cities yet just out of my reach so they're in my territory but i can't do anything so i declare war and crush them. well, at first it pisses me off, then it turns fun.

i think you should be able to complain about a massive military build-up by your borders.
