Wow...this must be my lucky day. I live in Arizona and I've been looking to get a nice house but to be able to get one on the ocean front in Arizona is awesome. How much are they going for? There's a problem with having a Civ3 forum without information and the inability to think of new ideas cause its too late in development. Civ3 forum is in limbo right now.
