What size world is the most fun?

It is really surprising to me to see so many vote for huge. Do you voters finish the game most of the time?

Forget about Question #1 found an answer to that.

But Question #2 is still something I'd like cleared up.

The AI is the all the time, unless you select a different setting in the editor. The game only has one AI.

Huge, but I may be compensating for something.

I start a game with an eye toward recreating history, and huge lends itself to that better than the other sizes. Epic games with epic wars, epic explorations, epic migrations and a world that dwarfs the little patch of land on which you originally start are the most fun for me.

Vmxa, yes, I do finish most of my games. To be honest, I play most of my games past completion into the next big war, then put them on the shelf when I'm into future techs, the war's dragging out, my conquered metros are rioting and every turn just becomes repititious. If I abandon a game, it's usually early in the ancient era, due to finding out enough about my surroundings to think "Damn, this isn't going to be very fun." I keep telling myself I'm going to pick one or two of those back up and see if my perspective has changed, but haven't yet.

I think you can leave the caveat off, I have a fast machine, but it is still a pain.

Prefer standard size maps, which are a nice mix of replayability and time invested per game.
