Overall record is 13 hours at C+C: red alert.

Nay that is not enough to bother mentioning. I was snowed in once in NY and played about 30 hours of civ2.

1.15 beta patch, no less.

It's basicall Civ3, plus balanced units, in-depth scenarios (sans scripting, of course), and more options. True, you can't go wrong either way, but C3C is more right than Civ3...
