Jeff Briggs and Soren designed the game. Sid did not. Sid isn't even in the credits.

I thought there was a level between Emperor and Deity in C3C. Is that the Sid level or is there yet another level or was that wrong?

as for the isdg , they are using it more as a test case to improve the game ( see patch 1.27 ) then to play , .....
