If you wait until your turn then YOU can sell the tech to all the other civs (if you so desire) and reap the reward instead of the AI.
    Good idea, I didn't think about that when I started. But I'm only a 12-year-old super-genius

The strategy forum and archives are great places to learn new info to pick up your game. Everyone can learn to play instead of like the way I used to be back in Civ2.

of course the amount the AI is willing to pay depends on the map size, but I also find that the AI is willing to pay higher prices for stratgic sources when they are fighting a war..

Surely, but it was not a strategic resource nor a strategic knowledge. Atomic Theory brings nothing by itself. That is the reason why I was so surprised.

I once sold Electronics to the Ottomans for 19700 gold and 450 something gpt. Unfortunately, it was a couple games ago, so I can't prove it now.

                    Wow!!

That beats any trade I've ever done.
The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

It seems that it is the only one big picture of Joan. When you look in the leaderheads subdirectory, each leader has only one big picture and the era is not the same for each leader.
In fact I did not notice it before: I do not care how my opponents look like; the most important is the deal I make with them.
