The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
That would be 2-0 to Apolyton. There already is a city called Mingapulco in PtW
You forgot the Greek city Apolyton in the origional and in PTW there is Thunderfall in one of the city names.
The score is Poly 2, CivFan 1.

I think it was for the Aztecs since "Mingapulco" certainly doesn't even sound close to a Japanese name.

but when there has been naming
we should also know when to stop.
Only by knowing when to stop can we avoid danger." - Lao-zi, the "Dao-de-jing"
It is an Aztec city, however, it is not on the Aztec city list, though. Once you reach the
last city name for Aztecs, the next city will become Mingapulco instead of being the first
New. I stumbled across it while playing the Aztecs.
I wonder how many undiscovered Easter Eggs remain in Civ3 and PtW?
