There are dinosaur graphics in PtW, but they are not used in the game. They are at the disposal of modders and scenariomakers though. UFO events seem to be the most likely IMHO. They have bundled Dinosaur graphics into PtW because these graphics were previously drawn for the abandoned game 'Dinosaurs'.
