    Getting pissed off at the AI narrows ones perspectives. I should have thought of that under normal circumstances. (When the AI does anything successful against me when I'm playing a casual Emperor level game is HAS to be cheating. )

            Jaybe and others answered your question in several different ways, which is to say, the AI doesn't have a lot of cheats, with at most 2 confirmed cheats, if you really want to call it that.

              statusperfect : yeah, you'r right!
              In your savegame, when I plant a spy in aztec in the first turn and I look in the millitary advisor, I see they got a great leader. And after the GW is build, they dont have any great leader....
