Ok - read this from the bottom up. This is difficult to decipher .. and very confusing. I think we need the Universal Translator from Gal Civ.
Re: Isdg 1 Nd has to talk to vox
Yes - you are correct - we felt some pressure to do the deal with another team for radio. But we would still like to maintain our trading relationship with you. We would like to get the best deal possible, but we do not want to be 'pushy'. We are in no position to be pushy. Therefore, all we are asking for is a fair deal.
My understanding is that you originally offered radio + ecology + luxuries for our next free tech. That free tech is fission which we have sent as accepted. We assume you will honour the deal and send ecology in return. It would not be fair, in my opinion, to ask for a new age tech in place of radio, and that is why I have said 'future tech credit'. Maybe half of a tech - witth cash for the remainder. And maybe 2 luxuries instead of 3. We want to be seen as a fair trading partner. That is all.
So - my proposal is:
1. you accept fission
2. you send ecology - and we promise not to trade it. (I am assuming the same is true for fission.)
3. you send 2 20-turn luxuries on a schedule as determined by Vox.
4. You owe us say 1/2 of a future tech. We may pay cash for the remainder. We may research a cheaper tech and agree to exchange. Or something like that. That is why I asked what you are researching next. We should not duplicate research. Or in fact - perhaps we can fund ...say 33% of your research effort in exchange for a tech (and we promise not to trade it).
#4 is very negotiable, and we are very willing to be open as to how it works.

after i looked in the save it was clear for me who make the deal with you and i think perhaps there was preasure with in the deal
but i was realy intelligent to sent fission accepted to so i think you hope there will be a ballance of power if i understand your signs right
but my team members are now confused
and why you don`t asked for luxeries i think as a hard tarding partner at the end we had offer you 3 or 4 luxeries +radio+computer for eco but of corse we don´t have these military arguments like somebody else at moment
now the problem is what do you want for fission that is the question in my team ??

Yes - we got fission as our free tech. And I have sent it to ND as accepted. I promise to make NO deals for eco.
We got radio as part of a deal with another civilization.
And since you did offer radio and ecology for our free tech, I am inquiring as to a future tech trade credit, or luxuries, of which we have none.
No problems with the questions. I understand why this is important.

Hi bischop.
Here's our proposal. We have accepted another deal for radio, but would still like to do serious business with you. To that end - I have sent fission 'accepted'. We agree to you terms for ecology. We will not trade it. In place of radio, we would like to either establish a credit for a future tech, or tade for 40 turns of a luxury.
Also - what are you researching now so that we do not dulicate research. It is either computers or rocketry, or maybe a tech that comes after ecology. I know we cannot match your research capability, but I'm sure we can still work something out - including the possibility of cost-sharing a tech.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely ...Beta.
ps - I have no problem understanding your English.
