    damn, and I thought i was gonna get a river named after me

    as for the pronounciation of Ninot... uhm....

    for the purposes of Rp, I guess Niño works..

    but ive always pronounced it like... very americanly i guess? (and im canadian! ) i pronounce the Ni... and then the not. like... N I not

      I thought that it should be pronouced the French way: nino instead of spanish niño. For the people who never heard of French: ni sounds like "nee" and the o in no sounds like the oa in oak. Understand?

              Just like the "dijon" mustard. It is a nick adopted from long ago. It was originally "dijon", but at some point I changed ISP and it wasn't available, so it became "dejon".
