And finally, I Paolo Nuñez de Vigo support the accord which has seen its birth in my city.
I am getting to be of age now, and I believe it is soon time for me to retire. I hope to see this great change implemented before I leave though and will continue to represent Vigo for a while longer.

May all of Spain rejoice in this glorious event.
