Due to the lost cultural area of Madrid, Barcelona now has only 1 irrigated tile. The second one will be recovered as soon as the borders of New Madrid will grow with its Temple, in 9 turns. It will allow Barcelona to work all the usual tiles in 9 turns. But in the meanwhile Barcelona will grow at the rate of 1 food per turn.

The corruption of Barcelona is now higher, as expected. It's roughly at 29%. I'll confirm it as soon as Barcelona will reach the 6 pop size. In 1 turn Barcelona will produce 7 shields but 2 of these will be wasted. As a result the city will produce 5 clean shields.
