I just made a post saying untrustworthy GoW was. They (or some of their members) may have been, but diplomacy is always changing. One other thing, I dislike that comment out possibly attacking RP only for the reason the IF it somehow got leaked by someone to them, they would be be a bit unhappy. I am beginning to realize that some of the diplo problems we have been having are a result of seemingly innocent lines like that in a conversation that can turn relationships sour if stuff is leaked, which we KNOW has happening in the past (i.e. the RP alliance deal). Just something to keep in mind.

Why do you say that GoW is untrustworthy?
Don't worry Dan, I think the things you've said are fine, and easily bendable into something else. We could claim that Roleplay was making that up to try and inflame the relationship between GoW and Lux. I was not particularly concerned with what you've said, so don't worry.
I've talked quite a bit with Panzer about the situation, and he feels that it's a definite possibility that GoW and Lux could work together in this conflict. We will find out more information tomorrow at the meeting.

Sent by GF. Briefly reviewed by myself, I'm drained now and going to bed. Will respond sometime tomorrow morning, most likely.
Suggestions before the end of your turn.
1) Don't forget to send us Mysticism.
2) If you are going to abandon Regio move you Spearman out of contact with ND's swordsmen so they won't attack you, otherwise I would move both Spearmen into Regio and move the worker north towards Campus Felix (no sense letting ND get the worker AND the city). If you move your Spearmen two different directions it might cause ND to split their forces.
3) Transfer you money to someone and click accept, otherwise it will take two turns to stash your cash. Make sure you make arrangements to get the money back after the crisis though. ; )
I wouldn't commit your settler to the Iron just yet as if ND takes Regio they just turn and march on that new city.
Anyway, those are my suggestions, good luck.
ALTERNATE SUGGESTION:
Before you end your tend send GoW the following THREE SEPARATE TRADE PROPOSALS and then click accept on each one before sending.
Make each one separate so we can negotiate and based on what we agree to I will only accept the deals agreed upon my you and me:
1) Give us Mysticism. (Make this the first one, as I will accept this as previously agreed to in our tech trade treaty)
2) Gift us Campus Felix (There is no way you are going to defend this as any units need to go to your capital, this is the least valuable city to you and would do my team more benefit that yours).
3) (OPTIONAL) Send us your treasury.
MAKE SURE TO CLICK ACCEPT BEFORE SENDING THEM.
Otherwise it would take two turns to complete and the assets in question may be in ND hands before our agreement goes through.
I will discuss with my team and as we have no Mutual Defense treaty with anyone, we may come to a deal before our next turn where we would immediately declare war on ND in return for some combination of offers 2 & 3.
This is wholly at your discretion, we will by no means hold you at fault for not offering 2 or 3 as that requires an immense amount of faith upon your team.
Agreed, with the provision that Lux does not give/trade Mapmaking to Vox until GoW has a chance to negotiate with them.

Due to the changing situation, and our regained ability to trade with you for Map Making, as per your original offer, this is the official treaty which we have to offer you. It must be ratified by both teams before Lux plays its turn, meaning that GoW needs to reply within approximately 18 hours with an official response. Failure to do so will lead to the disbanding of the Lux Worker on the main continent, and cessation of further discussions as per this offer.
On this turn (1425 BC), the Glory of War and Lux Invicta teams agree to the following, which, when accepted in an official manner by both teams, will become a contract of law and non-negotiable under the terms laid out.
On the turn of 1400 BC, the Glory of War team will capture the Lux Invicta Worker which remains on the main continent, and, subsequently, on this same turn, offer Lux Invicta peace. When Lux Invicta receives the save, it will offer a sum of 40 gold in addition to the peace offered by Glory of War, accepting the offer when it sends it back.
On the following turn, 1375 BC, Glory of War will then accept the peace offer, leading to a cessation of all further hostilities between the two teams until war is re-declared, and the conclusion of the first half of this trade deal.
When the Civilization Advance "Map Making" is finished being researched or is acquired by the Glory of War team, on that turn it will offer this tech to Lux Invicta for no cost, accepting the offer on that turn.
The following turn, Lux Invicta will accept the offer sent by Glory of War, finishing the deal, and leading to an expiration of this contract and all of the terms which it lays out.
A failure to abide by the exact steps laid out in this agreement will void the agreement, giving the other team the ability to do whatever it wishes in compensation to the team which voided the agreement by its actions.
This agreement is binding, and will last until the final step is enacted.
Signed as official by Trip, King of Lux Invicta
If this is acceptable, send it back with some official having agreed to it and proof that such agreement has taken place. If it is not, please promptly make any additions or changes necessary, and send back to myself and BFM as soon as possible.
This basically means that we give GoW our Worker and 40 gold for Map Making when they get it, and we're not allowed to trade or give Map Making to Vox.
In other news, after some talks with Ghengis, it appears that they know where we are. He said that ND and GoW had already divided BoB between themselves, with ND getting the VAST majority of land. GoW prepares to fortify, and hopes to convince ND to let them settler more lands because Vox may try to settle our old peninsula. They also are preparing an 'evacuation party', which would take them and a settler away to Lego's continent should ND conquer them.

They now have over 8 Swordsmen, quite a few of them veterans. GoW has half that in Horsemen, while ND has a wartime economy and is able to pump them out quickly, along with having good defensible land. GoW is on a large plain. ND is very very powerful right now.
