    Pseudo 2850 BC report...

We've found Vox on the continent to the east with 3rd Warrior. 2nd Warrior has found the western edge of our continent.

    So yeah...

Er... yeah, my server is having a cold right now, let me see if I can fix it within a reasonable period of time...

GoW must have an incredible 2nd city... I mean, take a look at all the potential cities they could have built. We should definitely look out for them. Luckily, we won't be going to war with them any time soon.

I think that there are 2 large continents on the map... the one we're on, and the one Vox is on (with Lego and GS). We should form together an envoy to Vox to open up discussions.

We should plant a city by the 'Bering Strait', so as to control access to that continent. It may be the only legitimate crossing until the late middle ages. Specifically, we need that city before Vox builds, because they're probably thinking the same thing. Who doesn't want to be the middle man?

I meant that it doesn't appear that the two continents are connected... meaning I don't think they are.

Do you know what the word 'strait' means?

As far as possible contact with Vox. Since we can't directly touch their border, does that mean we have to see one of their units with our warrior in order to get contact with them before we have boats? Yeah..we wil have to watch out for GoW as they clearly have some very good terrain to build cities on.

Yes, we'll have to see each other's units in order to make official contact.

if our warrior is stationed at the hill strait. its most likely he'll see far enough to see vox unit or cities.

and our other warrior currently rests on top of horse hill. Sigh. NDE or GoW will occupy it. Looks like we got a mobile army next to us. Lets hope one or the other wont have a horse, or not have iron or something.

Also we can PM vox to send their troops to the sea so we can yell at them from a distance to make embassy.
                    :-p

With Trip's approval, This PM has been written. It has a bit of roleplaying falvor to it. I will send this to Vox ambassador tomorrow.

                      Message in a bottle

Greetings Foreigners, We people of Luxia salutes you. Our warrior have been reporting signs of civilization on the distant land overseas, but as of now, we do not have the technology to send a galley to cross the channel and land on the other side of the sea. We see your magnificent empire and signs of fire for cooking, but no people have been spotted from where we are. Therefore we place this message in a bottle and dump it into the sea in hopes that your people may collect it from the other side. Our warrior also noticed the two lands are within distance not too far from being able to yell and be heard. (we can establish contact if we can both see units) I urge you, should you get this message, to send one of your people down Southwest of your border so that our people and your people can conduct diplomacy by yelling at each other from where they are. This establishment of contact will prove to be well worth the time for both of our nations. We hope to grow rich and powerful (just as you will enjoy our riches) by trading with you in the upcoming future.

Oh and in addition, here are the lists of Official ambassador of the Lux Invicta(as of now):

                      Trip
                      Calc II
                      AdmiralPJ
                      Apocalypse
                      (official ambassdor for your people)
Aleion (waiting to be officially appointed)
CIverdan (waiting to be officially appointed)

Apocalypse will especialize in handling matters between our people and yours. But you are always welcomed to contact myself, Trip or other ambassadors at any time.

I hope we hear from you soon!

Good work Calc, thanks. Glad I didn't have to do that.

3rd Warrior has landed on top of the hill. The divide between our continents is confirmed 100%. We can see into their territory, but we still don't have contact with them, so they do need to move a unit over for us to make contact.

That message sounds good. The good thing here is that we will have a potential trading partner that wont be attacking us anytime soon.

They have the same traits (and thus, starting techs) as us, so it's doubtful that they'll have much, if anything to trade with us. Our continent is rather technologically advanced for the times.

Spent some time idling at the beach singing' "Sitttin on a dock of the bay" by Otis Redding. Except We do not know how to make docks yet so I had no idea what the song meant. Anyway as expected, a bottle with a message came floating in. I got my feeet wet alittle as I approached the incoming tide and grabbed the bottle that was making its way shore.

Esteemed Calc II of the famed nation of Lux Invicta. Greetings.

We have received your message in a bottle. Thank-you. There was some seaweed and scum, but the message was very readable.

Your proposals greatly interest us. We too had been discussing the possibility of meeting people across the straight. We had a warrior positioned there earlier but he has moved on to explore other regions of the world. The potential to trade technologies between our two civilizations greatly interests us.

I will respond in more detail later today. As per your message, I will direct my response in a bottle to Apocalypse. If you would be so kind as to forward this quick message to him, it would be appreciated.

                              Sincerest regards,
