The cancellation of your contract against us is met with a great sigh of relief, followed by a sincere smile. This times might be good times after all

I was waiting for your arrival, so that we could discuss the two later issue you have presented, but you have beaten me to it.

I cannot reply with a formal proposal on each, but I can assure you a trade can be arranged on each of the commodities you have mentioned (the Luxuries, Iron and the Maps).
A map for map trade could probably work, but I can't guarantee that yet.
As for the Luxuries: Wine for X and gpt (or lump sum) for the other Luxury would be possible. As for the Iron, I would probably say this will be payed with gold, although the exact nature of the contract will have to be further discussed. Also: perhaps gold payment on your hand could be transferred into a future discount on Chivalry.

Lastly, the NAP issue: we are currently debating that amidst ourselves, as you realize this is a quite "heavy" issue. I suggest we resolve the issues of trade first, and then consider the prospect of a NAP.

OK. Despite all the recent garbage I have still been working with GS.

Last night I PM'd zeit about the items from the chat that were still left over. I also informed him that our contract against them had been terminated (this is official now, right?)

This is there response.

Boiling this down there are 3 basic trades being presented.

1. Trading of World Maps.
   
   I would suggest a straight up map for map trade. Ours may indeed be more up to date, but I highly doubt anything else would be acceptable to them. We still get what we want, and hopefully they do not include a no-trade clause...
   
2. Iron, Furs, and Incense.
   
   They seem willing to take wine straight up for a lux. This is acceptable no problem.
   
   The Second lux they want gold for. This is likely NOT acceptable until after the upgrades?
   
   Iron they are vague about right now, saying likely gold or GPT.
   
   I would suggest only going with straight up wine for furs/incense right now and putting the others on an as-needed basis.
   
3. Lastly is the NAP.
   
   Will they go for it? I would be confident in saying that if they do, they would not back out of the deal. I also would suggest that since the only safe galley crossing to the lands of GS comes through GoW waters (unless there is something new on the map I am not aware of) we throw in an agreement to tell them of any movement in that direction for the duration of the contract.

OK, please discuss so that I can answer back with proposals.

For #3, your galley stuff is untrue. GS has the lighthouse, so galleys can move directly to Roleplay.

A normal NAP is fine with me.

I have a gut feeling that they will not agree to it straight up. Don't know why, perhaps I am reading too much into some things NYE said in the chat in the heat of the moment.

This would cost us nothing, no one should be heading there anyway, yet would also assure them of having solitude to 'recover from wasting their GA on military'.

That's how we present it anyway...

just going with my gut. So far I think it's been pretty accurate on GS...

We need a no-trade agreement for Chivalry. This trade has to BE THE PRIORITY.

Sorry for rushing this- I'm in a terrible hurry.

Just to tell you- the team loves you Trappings issue. I can't wait for the next. We could give you more info on cities and vague geography if you want.

Map for Map- It'll work very well for us.

About the chat time- it's not very good for me- but it works for the others... I can chat almost anytime from 0800 GMT to 2200 GMT- If you'll be able to attend at these times, I'd very much like to have one.

About Luxuries- Furs fits our plans as well- as for the other Lux- have you consider a discount on Chivalry as a payment?

They accept trading map for map and wine for Furs, Panzer. So, we can get that done this next turn and have a looky at their island.

We are not in a happiness problem are we? So, I suggest we just tell them we don't NEED the other lux ATM, but will consider it later.

The no-trade clause for chivalry is ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL.

even reduce to 150 gold if we have to to get the NTC.
