Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Regarding our eastern WCs, I'm inclined to recall two and leave one on lookout for Voxian galleys. If we do that, we might want to leave the elite since if Vox tries to attack with their initial force without waiting for reinforcements, the elite won't have time to heal before the fight starts.
I'd actually like to heal the Elite and use it to fight units instead of just monitor the coast and have a lower chance of actually seeing some action. We want to produce as many GL opportunities out of our leaders.

I vote Sun Tsu, a denial of free barracks in every city on BoB is worth it IMO.

Just a thought, is that why Gow wants feudalism that fast?!?
Are they using the GL as a prebuild for Sun Tsu?

As for research, with the embargo's and other stuff happening (and other things that are going to happen on bob soon, I personally would mind setting research at zero for a while, and upgrading our infrastructure)

question for DeepO ;
If we take Wittlitch, is there a chance we can 'help' Port Isolation flip? Hey, this is really your field of expertise
To put it otherwise, would it be usefull to to alot of gold in culture to (greatly) improve our chances?

The elite only takes one turn longer to heal staying where he is than healing in a city. We could plan on having Tornado's next WC, which will be ready in two turns, move in to relieve him if the fighting isn't too hot. Or if things do get too hot around Arashi, we can just pull the elite back, and not worry about maintaining a watch along that coast.
We're still rated weak compared with Vox in spite of having just built two galleys and two WCs this turn. I'd hoped building so much would bring us up to average relative to them.

We could flip that city, however I don't think we could hold it. Bob would probably consider taht a declaration of war.
WE're going to either have to take on all three civs at once or join a war in progress. There's no way that we can gain a foothold without the three joining against us.
I'm thinking we probably want to move Hack onto the road this turn and have a spear cover him just in case Vox notices that he's really a swordsman or medieval infantry in disguise, not a lowly warrior, and takes a shot at him with a spear. We can move one of our two mountain spears into Arashi and plan on upgrading both of those two spears to pikes next turn.
We move the warrior and sword we pulled out of Hurricane last turn into Arashi this turn, right?
Any objections if I go with Aeson's plan of going ahead and joining a worker to EotS before it hits size 7 so we'll have more food to build at a food deficit longer?

Not all three. If we gain a foothold in the area of Port Isolation, RP will not join a war against us. Whereas, if we gain a foothold on the south of RP's lands, GoW and ND probably won't lift a finger.
This would change, of course, if we would suddenly seem very strong to the world. That's why I'd prefer to return to fly-below-radar mode once we've finished Vox, as much as we can.

I wouldn't mind either the Collosus, Sun Tzu, or the Great Library. GL stands to save us at least some cash, and gets Hurricane producing units earlier. The Collosus, even though it's a waste of shields, gives us a good boost to income, and free's up Hurricane. Sun Tzu's will be the most useful. It stands to save us ~25gpt, and the denial of it's benefits to another team.
Given the size of Vox's invasion, Sun Tzu's gets my vote.
