Regarding the chat between flash and LoA: Flash must have thought that you were a Luxian, no?
Since Flash is an ex-member, and it appears that he doesn't like Vox very much (he had a fight with some of the members there IIRC), we may be able to get some information out of him (not necessarily by asking, just by waiting for him to spill something out unintentionally). Question is: would this be legal? And moral?
I think not, unless he mentions something unintentionally and we just log and post it. We can't talk him into giving us classified information about Vox though, that'd be illegal and immortal.

I don't think he was there for long, only the first couple of weeks. I don't think he even knows anything about our arrangement with Vox.

yeah. they prolly had to give up everything to Vox to get that city site. But that means that we should take a lot from Vox for that city site.

It's not our city to demand any cut from Vox.

It is ours to make demands on Lux (in a freindly tone) to tolerate their presense.

It doesn't preclude them, either.

It does allow us the opportunity to make an agreement with the new civ, but it was Vox' city to sell, not ours.
