Could we send ND a "reminder"?
Whether or not they are stalling, I think another reminder is in order. Maybe we can get a more accurate picture of what's behind the scenes out of their reply, e.g. if they give some really ridiculous excuse we'd have more reasons to suspect that they're stalling for whatever reason (could be just something relatively innocent though, like waiting until the market on Feudalism opens).

Yes there is... and this time being more firm about it. Something like this:

Hello ND

It has been 3 weeks now since our initial offer of Feudalism, which was as far as us was concerned approved. Seeing as this tech should be critical for you, we do not understand why you are stalling us in at least answering. What is becoming clear is why RP claims to have no contact with you anymore, as this is not remotely polite. Diplomatically stalling a team for a couple of days we can understand, but 3 weeks? Come'on!

The strange thing is that we are an open team, and we seriously want to have a tech trading partner in ND. We can understand if you don't want to fuel our current war with Vox, we can even understand if you would, by propoganda of a fellow Borconian team, think that we are in reality only trying to gain advantage from this deal. But please have the decency to tell us.

The only logical conclusion we can make from this unwillingness to properly answer us is that you have a better deal for Feudalism lined up with GoW. Which is fine by us, but at least tell us then. And if possible, give us a chance to counter offer! You refusing Feudalism, when Chivalry is coming to your allegedly enemy neighbour in only a couple of turns defies logic.

Also, if you would have problems answering us in English, use German. There are more then enough members of GS able to understand, and talk German, one of our members is even in your own ISDG team. We would be happy to accomadte you there, so if this is what has been keeping you to respond, just say so.

Very good message.
I found the last bit about German funny, in a way. "Please answer us, doesn't matter in which language, just answer us! We'll ask our German members, we'll use the Babel Fish, just send us some sort of an answer!"

Like the letter. forceful, letting them know that we're irritated with them. At the very least tell us no and stop wasting our time. I like it. If they want to kill themselves, then they can go ahead.

Alva, you have a point... although we need to have something included that says: "look, we don't care if you don't want it, but stop playing with our feet"

I agree it would be best if you don't send it, your communication has been more pleasant, and we want to keep that like that. Zeit, interested in playing the bad cop / foreign minister? I don't mind sending it, but OTOH I don't want to become another diplo channel with them... and they will most likely repond to whoever sends them something.

We could still pressure them, but we'll need another message, with more the focus on 'Evil RP' instead of "evil GoW"
