I typically produce Settlers at the first opportunity in fledgeling cities, with eithe a Barracks, Warriors or Spearmen preceding the Settler. If this is not done, we're basically relying on Eye to REX for us. This destroys the entire aspect of geometric growth of REX, transforming REX into 'EX'.

Workers in Eye I'm tentatively willing to agree to, but focusing all our new cities on improvements and units I must disagree with. Hurricane can become a unit-producer, fine. All other cities should directly support REX for now.

Dominae, that might not work. We are going to need some other improvements too... more diversication might be needed.
You're right in that I shouldn't have called it REX, though, EX sounds good. It's still focusing on getting more cities out there then other teams.
