I agree with Aeson regarding forgetting the leader generation. If it happens, it happens. try to squeeze out another...2 elites or whatever this turn and then maybe we'll get lucky next turn.

I would not keep Lego around to try for leaders. Just take are best shot this turn with the two tanks, if that is all we are going to get.

If we cannot take out Abilene, that is another story. Healing is not as important as kicking Lego off the land and hopefully out of the game.

        play continued
One change opposed to first time: as none of the builds were changed, I didn't cycle through the cities. I did however enter city view in Cyclone before noticing it, but exited right away.

you guys are answering too quickly, I still haven't investigated Abilene yet

I agree, of course. No leader is worth the wait. The chances are too low, and it creates more chances for GoW.

we need excess troops back home, I think, anyway. End it ASAP and then back on full defense.

Well Lego can enter Vox, they just can't get the use of the roads and rails. This means they can only go 1 or 2 tiles for 1 and 2 move units.

So if we cannot get in a position to see that far, the fighter should be able to recon the area.

                Cost of investigating: 124 g.

                I'm counting now.

Which means they will certainly end their turn on the first range of mountains. We can spot those, and the Legos are not there... Lego is not in Vox.

                    Abilene troops:
                    - 30 inf
                    - 1 bomber
                    - 1 army consisting of 3 infs.

                    • I count 33 Inf, a 3 Inf Army, and a Bomber. Might be off by an Inf or two, but definitely doable.

                      • - they sold everything except the barracks.
                        - They are in anarchy.
                        - They rushed an artillery (unless I'm mistaken, they used either arts, or the BB for that. )

                        • Aeson, how do you get to 33 inf? Are you following this in PTW?
