Ah, my Co-General is so eloquent. The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

Lets not forget to gift T back- we don't need it with all the lookouts we have around. As long as we keep a defense force in 3 turns radius, there's no reason not to- it does them more good than it does us.Save the rainforests!

But KILL before MAIM?
Wow, that's hardcore. The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

I second Zeit re: Toledo, and Theseus re: the problems with putting KILL before MAIM.
Btw, if you are not the outburst type and would rather cause long-term suffering, you can seriously maim, then leave and come back in a few years, and then KILL!"Close your eyes, for your eyes will only tell the truth,
And the truth isn't what you want to see,
Close your eyes, and let music set you free..."

For anyone involved in the ISDG, this is an example of what is NOT going on there... banter. The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

upgrades of WCs... as we want them anyway, I would upgrade as much as possible right now. meaning 3 if I understand nye right.
Also, we might need to look at short rushes: if we cut the iron in 139, thus complete the first ironless units in 140, we might need some short rushes in cities now to have everything flwoing smoothly. Especially in cities where we make 5 spt, and are currently at 8 or 18 shields or so (don't know if this applies, but better check)
And let's hope GoW hasn't blocked the tile close to V, so we can land at the ideal spot

Oh, Re: public announcements: if we can land our troops, I would prepare a SPIN post, mentioning that GS goes in the counter offensive, hoping that for once GoW won't run away from the battle field. We need to have the attention on Valencia, and make them think we will go after the South with all our might. The more focus is on the South, the less there will be on PoI.
Things to check:
- Invention discovered?
- iron for GoW (if we cut ours, RP should check that every turn)
- I know it's a pain, but a GSIA check like Nathan used to do would be superb, to see how we're doing on shields... with GoW on horses instead of on riders, we need some kind of guess how much they can build. military power comparison won't cut it
- Astronomy for Lego? If so, GoW, and possibly ND are receiving another lux (there was some mention in the Spite and Malice thread that GoW had a harbor to trade with Lego).
- Astro for GoW / ND?

I'm sending out the save...
Looks like GoW cooperated and didn't block any of the tiles around Valencia. A vet rider is showing inside."Close your eyes, for your eyes will only tell the truth,
And the truth isn't what you want to see,
Close your eyes, and let music set you free..."
