PM's are fine, and I read them when I get them, but typically (once I get back to work after new years) I'll see an email before a PM.One who has a surplus of the unorthodox shall attain surpassing victories. - Sun Pin

I've got a little announcement to make.
This was the last turn I acted as regular turnplayer for Gathering Storm (I will stay backup, so keep sending me the saves, please). I've enjoyed it very much, but after about a year, it's time to move on to other free-timespenders. It's more or less a coincidence that me leaving falls in the exact turn we take the last Lego city, as everybody knows that the past year was mostly characterized by the buildup to take on Lego. I'm sorry Lego, but I couldn't have wished for a better closure, or 'reward' for the effort.
I'm very grateful for the experience, so my thanks goes out to all PTWDG teams for making it so enjoyable. But most of all, my thanks goes to my team. Gathering Storm is a very active team, where lots of members spend hours debating aspects of this game we all love, and if it wasn't for this pleasant atmosphere, I would never have lasted a year as player.
I think everyone will understand why I'm thrilled that Aeson agreed to take over as turnplayer. He needs no introduction... his comments in our forum the past few months have always been to the point, bringing new ideas to the debate, keeping us on the edge. This game is not the SVC (yet ), but I hope our underdog position creates enough challenge for you, Aeson. Thank you again for agreeing to take over.
What does this change to the rest of the teams? Well... not much. I'm sure Aeson will contact Zargon with his e-mail address to forward the save to. For the moment I will keep on doing the battle reports and so on (although I hope these will end very soon). Our ambassadors will stay our ambassadors, and this might even be more pronounced as we would like to split the efforts more over our members, to avoid player burnout.
So, all that is left to say is: give them hell, Aeson!
