I got it Skrobism, that was an insult, now I understand why you needed to work your asses off diplomatically, just in order to be isolated and slowly destroyed.

I rarely see how open insults in a game to unmet people has won anything.

And, as far as I can tell, we're not isolated. Shoot, everybody on the continent wants to get right up next to us.

I can throw a rock (figuratively, you don't really need to duck up there on Iron Mountain, Krill) and hit AM troops or Horde troops. We have LB right next to us and DR is now edging down here just to cuddle up with us.

Now, is there a difference between and diplo game and a demo game?

I wouldn't want to join a civ 4 DG if it was going to turn out like this game, where hatred breeds over insults and slights made against imaginary nations that exist only in the RAM of a few PC's, and people swear at each other and act like a bunch of children indulging megalomaniac fantasies at the expense of fun, manners and friendships.

But I almost certainly will join a civ 4 dg anyway
