Babylon is not finished with the game.

I'm not going to say when you should or shouldn't play the save. But I'm not currently happy with the way things stand. I spoke to paddy on saturday but things now appear to be more serious than I first thought, as such I've contacted PTS by pm but have so far not recieved any response.

I don't think the game can move forward just yet as there is too much bad blood that first has to be washed away.

However I expect things will get back on track sometime soon, without any team quiting, unless I'm very much mistaken that is.

Please don't post that a team is to leave or anything else that is unconstructive.

So as to keep all informed the following is how things stand at the moment.

The login planet was a member of Babylon, this login being made up of 3 people, one of whom went on to become JTS a member of BoH.

BoH attest that once JTS was created he did not use the login planet. Whether this is true or not this is not under dispute/investigation.

What is under dispute is a few questions Beta has raised with regard to ingame occurances leading to the suspicious of a DL. Beta will soon have access to BoH and will likely see things for himself. I also have a few minor things to ask BoH about.

Although a DL existed and that means theoretically BoH "cheated" it has not yet been shown that any real or ingame cheating happened or advantage gained as a result of the DL.

Therefore all cheat accusations against BoH are currently unfounded pending some kind of statement from Beta.

As to the claim/comments that DR/aqualung re-loaded, these are also so far unfounded. I don't see any evidence of this.... only one team being unable to explain how another would know something.

In summary so far this game is completely without any kind of technical misconduct.

With regard to BoH, I'd like to say thanks for being co-operative in allowing access to your forum. I can see why it would be a big deal to you. Also good luck to Beta in sifting through all the posts!!!!! Some very long chat logs there.....

OPD - to be clear - I am not judge/adjudicator in this. My purpose in proposing this was to find someway of moving on; of addressing this issue (healing?) and moving on; for the sake of demo gaming at Apolyton.

And I have just gotten home from work so this is not happening tonight either.

This is still being looked into by the admin. There is no proof at this time of who used the Planet log on, only that all usage originated from Paddy's home.

Does this mean that all users posting from Paddy's home will be punished and their logins deleted, except that of Paddy who will only be restricted?
