Yes, yes, so very true. ET is unsurpassed in accurately planning all aspects of his civilisation many turns in advance. He is also expert micromanager and talented builder. I saw some of his analyses in Inter Site Demo Game forum and was overwhelmed, particularly by his spreadsheet, its usefulness and my utter inability to understand it.

      Man., that feels much better

I went to sleep, very early last night and got up "late". First good sleep I've had in 2 weeks (I have Insomnia and it's been hitting me really hard the last 2 weeks).

I had tryed to play the save last night, but was falling asleep too much and instead of fighting it, I had gone to bed.

      I'll get it out tonight.

Again, I'm sorry about all of this.

3 days and counting.....even if ET gets me the turn now, I'm at work for another 10 hours or so, then it's Friday night and weekends suck for playing turns.

So if you meet me have some courtesy, have some sympathy and some taste

no worries, 1889 will be absent until Sunday. So, make your plans to play the turn until Sunday - this is a time frame of 48 hours

              Sorry I didn't see this.

Next time a teams turn time reaches 48 hrs I'll play the turn for them, it's only fair for all concerned.

Please post if you have any objections to this.

I think that if a team *posts* that they need more time, it should be granted. However, it should not become a habit ...

Euphorica will need at least 48 hours to play the current save so we have time to discuss matters.

                        *sigh*

I remember the early days in this game, when the teams now begging for time objected so seriusly to DR *asking* for a *short* extension to their window. It's one rule for DR, but another rule for Euphorica and Babylon.

nah it's one rule in the early days and another rule now

the game is more developed now so more time is needed also the mood is different and I don't care as much

ummm, I see you have listed 48 hours grace period

when this was debated and agreed to it was 24 hours

may I asked when this changed?

they may discuss surrender, so why do you put a pressure?

OTOH Euphorica had a lot of time to discuss it because the last turn was the slowest one

they are no longer in discussions with us

                                McMeadows is away

and Rhoth has not been seen here for some time

so we no of no reason why they delay, except to bore us to death
