With Uber's vassal, my own vassal and a labourer of X I build a Hardware store, using two shields of my own and an add itional shield from Esoteric.

The only way I've ever done it is manually, as I know absolutely nothing about MySQL. I don't see what would be wrong with an alternate method if someone comes up with one.Comment

I would be fine with a defined start and cutoff time, and defined lengths.
12:00am Day 1 to 11:59pm Day 1 is when you set the rate voting. 12:00am Day 2 to 11:59pm Day 3 is when trading occurs. GMT, or forum time, or whatever. Just so the schedual is set and doesn't varry. The creation of the thread would be sometime before 12:00am Day 1, and actual tabulation of results could be done whenever is easiest after 11:59pm Day 3 (Day 1 in regards to vote splits).
Forum time would probably be the easiest to use. That way posts can very easily be identified whether they occurred before or after the time cutoff.Comment
