It's not Geofront's saltpeter its Ghengistown's saltpeter and Geofront has been unethically borrowing it. We got it from Tyre and Ghengistown is New Tyre.

    1) Ghengistown is closer to a palace/forbidden palace and would suffer less loss from corruption.

    2) Ghengistown is supposed to be buiding Wonders and needs all the mined hills it can get to do so.

    3) Do you really want me to finish that leaderhead or not?

That does not work, I tried to do the same thing with the $Mini-game and there are just too few areas where cities don't overlap.

There are 7 people currently listed as potential RAs. Assuming that the DM gets one, that would leave just one Province still open under the old Provincial designations. I am sure that with some cajoling we can muster up one more RA (maybe give the Prez Mingacpolco (or however you spell it)). I think the old designations can work. As for which city works what tile with reguards to overlap, let the two RA's haggle over it. If they can't come to a compromise, then the DM makes a choice.

For graphics (and graphics alone), I still think that borders should be geopraphical and not city radius.

I could see Lower Ghengland being divided into the Eastern five cities (the Ghenglish Coast) and the Western five cites (Ghenglish Highlands). In which case I would prefer to RA the Highlands (Ghengistown).

Ghengistown will have plenty of Hills to use without using that one Hill, at least until it increases beyond Size 13.

The new DM could make the boundary along tile lines and in effect designate that such and such tile within city radius of city A & city B is to always be worked by A.

This would work, but I think it would hamper some cities.

Just let the RAs work it out between themselves. So long as we (I am assuming I'll be an RA here ) maintain our objectivity, it really won't be that hard; even if there isn't a clear reason like "City A has no unshared hills, City B uses only 4 of its 8", corruption can always decide disputes.

I thought the Forbidden city was building ToE.

                      1. GeoFront had it first. I know because I was the one who connected it.

                      2. I can bring up posts from two and three months ago about GeoFront being a major city.

                      3. Points 1 and 2 don't matter if you get that leaderhead done I have some more pictures if you need them.

                        1) Ghengistown had it first as it wasn't even in our territory, it was part of the Persian Annexation and was part of Tyre's (now Ghengistown) city radius. It was Ghengistown's BEFORE we knew there was saltpeter there and Geofront only thieved after they figured out it had a resource.

                        2) So its, a major city, it ain't buildin no Wonders is it?

                        3) Three more weeks added on to the wait for the leaderhead! Keep arguing and I can push it back to 2004.

Geofront was around before Ghengistown too.

Geofront was ment to be a major city and even has more culture than Ghengistown. The problem is that no one is letting it grow.

I'm not arguing, I am just agreeing with what you said in the past.

Random idea: Why don't we hold a regular chat, like the court? It'll be much easier to sort out tile disputes, worker transfers, unit building distribution, etc. in real-time then it would be to send floods of PMs throughout the week.

Depending on the number of RAs, it may be a little difficult to schedule, but it would be okay if one or two are absent each chat.

And in that picture the saltpeter is in Ghengistown's radius and NOT even in Apolytonia's territory, it's in Persia's.
