  • Machiavelly Institute: Finishing the Zulu Conflict

I think there's a general concensus stating that we need to end the war with the Zulu as early as possible in order not to deter from our current goal, which is Germany.
Signing peace as soon as possible would be now. However, I have a better proposal: why don't we wait until next turn when we'll be able to attack the Zulu galley near our ironclad, and then move it further south near the other Zulu galley? Inflicting them some more pain in the process will surely drastically improve the terms for negotiation.

I agree with Shiber, we can wait until the next turn. Unless the Zulus have some MPP... After all, they have to pay something to betrayed us!

Make them pay via an Embargo campaign. (And China as well.)

Shiber - Zulu conflict is ending this turn. They are paying us 13 L + their WM for peace.

We need to sink the Zulu Galley before getting a peace deal.

Otherwise, the Zulu Galley will just land it's cargo in occuplied Persia and when we tell them to get out, they'll just declare war again.

I beleave that the Zulu Galley in question is the one that had dropped of the 2 Impis. It's currently headed back to Zululand. It's of no threat.
