    CP orders for this turn

    The CP Orders are FINALIZED!!!!

    General stuff:
The orders are based on changing to Republic at the end of Turn 0. All Rushes MUST be done before we decend into Anarchy.
Inthe Orders, WF refers to Work force allocation/placement. See this image:

For further explanation on this, see this post.

All Rushes are listed in the order of priority! Please do them as I have them listed.

If during the turnchat, any workers finish tasks that would benifit Production, Trade or Food (in that order of priority, with corruption/waste in mind) increase in a city (cleared jungle, mine or road built, etc.), please change WF allocation to fit the situation. Please, also keep in mind, that some cities (Uber Island mostly) are having to maintain a delicate balance between growth & time of build completions. We will be rushing things somewhat, but Some items I don't want to have to rush too soon (because of impending Disorder because a city grew too fast).

Pre Turn Zero: Initiated build queues and changed production & Workforce allocations. The save and list of changes are here.

    Turn 0 (530 AD)
New York - Rush Temple for 116 Lytons
Boom Town - Rush Worker for 24 Lytons
Seeburg - Rush Courthouse for 8 Lytons

If the MoE approves, Aggie already has (these are highly recommended):
Gheingistown - Rush Pikeman for 24 Lytons
Apolyton - Rush WC for 52 Lytons
[EDIT] Reddawg just approved these. All Rushed Have been approved.

At this point, because of the effects of Anarchy, some city growths might be off by a turn or two, so I'll have the first anticipated time and new size, it will be up to the Prez to check and adjust for a possible change. I'll try to be as accurate as possible.

    Turn 1 (540AD)
New York - Change WF to 1-4-8 + 1 Ent
Thebes - Change WF to 5.
Boom Town - WF to 6-8.
    Seeburg - WF to 6-8-18-20.
If Bacteria grows to size 2, change WF to 3-8.
If Tarsus grows to size 4, change WF to 2-6-7-8.
If Oak Ridge grows to size 3, change WF to 4-5-14.

Rush settler in Chartres for 40 Lytons. Change the WF 15-17 at the same time. When the new city is built next turn, have it producing Temple.

    Turn 2 (550 AD)
If Gaia grows to size 9, change WF to 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-11 + 1 Ent.
If Port Rouge grows to size 6, change WF to 1-5-6-7-18-19. It will have Zero growth, but is at max size now, so is no bother.
If Seeburg grows to size 5, change WF to 3-6-8-18-20.

BFM's borders expand, WF to 9-15.

Rush worker in AGC for 24 Lytons.
Rush Temple in Antioch for 88 Lytons.
Rush Pikeman in Ubergorsk for 28 Lytons. If not enough funds to Rush this, do not rush the next turn!

    Turn 3 (560 AD)
If Muncie grows to size 4, change WF to 2-3-4-5.
If Apolyton grows to Size 6, change WF to 1-2-6-7-13-15.
If Loveshack grows to size 4, change WF to 3-4-7-10. There will be Zero growth until some more Jungle is cleared.
If Antioch grows to size 2, change WF to 2-8.

AGC's borders expand. WF to 5. If it Grows back to size 2, WF to 2-5.
Port of Malignance Borders expand, WF to 1-10-17-18.
Boom Towns Borders expand, WF to 6-8.
Tarsus borders expand, WF to 6-7-13-16.
Termina borders expand, WF to 2-3-8-11-12-19.

Rush Pike in Oakridge for 8 Lytons.

    Turn 4 (570 AD)
If Susa grows to size 3, change WF to 1-6-8.
If Willsbury grows to size 6, change WF to 1-2-3-5-6-8.
If Port of Malignance grows to size 5, change WF to 1-5-10-17-18.

Rush Temple in Thebes for about 80 lytons.
Rush Temple in Bacteria for about 52 Lytons.
Rush Aquaduct in Tessagrad for about 48 Lytons.

E_T has asked to do the orders for this weekend so he can see what being CP is like. I have obliged as I am currently swamped in RL and would have to do them about 2am the night before the action....

Hope all worked well with Zeit subbing for me last time. If anything is needed, please feel free to contact. Thanks.

Sell dyes to Aztecs if they ever get their act together and link up.

Sell dyes to Persia if they ever offer a price > 20g.

          Tech Trades:

          F. Refuse: Greece, England, Persia, Germany, France, Aztecs, America, Russia, Babylon, Iroquois.

All things left unstated in turnthreads/chats are for Presidential or Public decision. All things specified must be followed unless surprise events have made the orders illogical, harmful, or inappropriate. In that situation the President should end turnthread/chat if any major decision needs to be taken and no representative from the Ministry is present to make the decision. If only a minor decision, the President may use his discretion to change the orders so that they are logical, beneficial, and appropriate.

New save that Incorperates Build Queues

I have gotten Permission from OPD to implement build queues and make some production & workforce changes to the save. I have NOT moved any units, rushed any Improvements, spent money in any way or done anything that will change the random seed.

I didn't have the time to pretty this up. GRW means the number of turns (Pre-Anarchy/Republic) ontil the city Grows. EXP is the number of turns before the culture borders expand. What is being built is listed as a full nume or abbeviation with the number of sheilds left to build; sheilds per turn produced & number of turns left to build in the parenthasise. Example: Market (66L, 6/T, 11T0 means that the city is building a marketplace, it has 55 sheilds left to build, the city is producing 6 sheilds per turn & it has 11 turns left to build. Working (or WF for WorkForce) is the city tiles that are being worked and any specialist by type & number. Example WF 1-8 + 1Tax + 1 Ent means that tiles 1 & 8 are being worked with 1 taxman and 1 entertainer present. See this post for more information and examples. Queue is exactly that, the next 4 builds for that city in order from left to right. And lastly, any changes that I made from the original save.

                  Here are the changes:

                  Del Monte - GRW 26; Market (66L, 6/T. 11T) > Working 3-4-7-8-14-15-19 > Queue Pike-Lib-Wrk-Cath

                    A welcome change!
OPD, I have time this weekend so I can format the orders into a president-friendly list if you'd just ask.
"Close your eyes, for your eyes will only tell the truth,
And the truth isn't what you want to see,
Close your eyes, and let music set you free..."

Good job, Et, Along time ago I cam e up with this idea, each minister does his thing and then sends save to the next. Leaving the big debatebale decisions to the Prez.

                        Orders for this turnchat:
                        1. Rush temple, as requested by the CP, for 116 gold (I don't know where this is at).
                        2. Rush worker, as requested by the CP, for 24 gold (I don't know where this is at).
                        3. Rush pikeman, as requested by both the CP and the SMC, for 24 gold, in Ghengistown.
                        4. Rush war chariot, as requested by both the CP and the SMC, for 52 gold, in Apolyton.

THE BUDGET POSTED HERE: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...threadid=64137 still applies!!!
(Note that the above rush requests total more than the allotted to the CP and the SMC, so some of the emergency funds ( 33 gold, to be exact) MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY AN EXECUTIVE!!!

                          Ministry of Economy orders:

                          1. Regarding the joint Foreign Ministry/ City Planner plan:
Due to the necessity of this plan, which will obtain for us two techs, and at a much lower cost than if we simply bought them, the full amount will be awarded in the amount of 900 gold, to be taken from direct treasury funds or through per/turn deals, as needed.

                          2. Regarding the SMC plan:
Due to the promptness of the plan, and the desire to maintain our military despite peace time, the full amount is to be awarded in the amount of exactly 500 gold for the upgrading of 5 war chariots, to be taken straight out of the treasury.

                          3. Regarding the City Planner plan:
Due to the fact that the above plan #1 has been given to me as a join plan along with the Foreign Minister, and the fact that this request came last, it is impossible to meet the demands at this time. The 316 gold requested for various rushes during this turnchat will have to rollover to a later date.
