The Ghengis plan seems better. We have the same number of shared tiles, and gain two tiles (in the alternative plan).

Which one? I like the last one as it takes fewer cities.

Looks good, guys. In which order do you think we should settle these, as it will take a while. Or does that require more knowledge of the Island's interior?

I love the plans so far. They seem like the optimal way to settle the island. Of course we may realize after we explore the inlands that one of the city sites is impossible (because there's a mountain or a lake there) and we'll have to make alterations, but other than that I don't see any problems.

There wouldn't be lakes at the sites as you could already see the shore of it. As for mountains, If E is a mountain, we can move it east by one.

Is one city less more benificial or not. Will we be better off economically with one less cit on Uber? We should get the most for what the Banana has provided us.

I would like to see a unit do some exploring on the unexplored part of the map to better help us decide where the cities go, as well as the lay of the land.

                      As for plan two,

1)There can't be lakes on the sites as we would see the shore.

2)If there were mountains I think they would have shown up.

They encompass EVERY resource on the island as the only two squares they don't bring into their radi is the two grassland on the coast. These can be founded as cities later because with a harbor and offshore platform they will each get 10-14 coastal/sea tiles with 2 food and 1 shield.

                        Good. 5 new settlers.

What order are they to be settled? Just curious.

                          Hmmmn
I prefer the 6 city plan as it make use of alot more sea tiles.
Ok there's more overlap but a borg strategy is always the best way IMO.

AGC really is a glorious city and as it is soon to have a granary it will be able to produce many of the settlers itself.
                          Are we having fun yet?

liking the 5 city plan. and for the not covered tiles. we can send some simple units (like spearman or something) to hold them until the borders of these cities expand. i do that al the time this is also a great way to defend against sea-attacks just put up and iron curtain all along the coast line with drafted units. oh yeah what we do not know yet what drafting is nevermind then

I like the 6 cities plan because it covers all the island as well as a lot of coastal tiles. I would like it even better if B was moved one tile to the west and E was moved one tile to the east so both will become coastal cities and so we can cover more water tiles.

Like this, now all the cities are on the coast and I think one shouldn't be in order to provide a safe regional capital site free from potential marine attacks. Could place a seventh city at spot 1 to use the unused tiles.
