The code of laws says:
"Impeachment:
All members of our great nation are recognized the right to bring foreword the issue of impeachment of any government official at any time.

A poll will be posted which will expire in no less than 5 days. There are to be three poll options, yea, nay, and abstain. Upon the expiration of the poll, if 2/3 of the people who voted deem impeachment necessary, then the official shall be immediately removed from office. The President shall establish an emergency member to take his/her place until a new election can be held, and a new person voted into office to finish the term. The same holds true for any possible resignations."

Johnny is that person. SInce there is no info on resignation I think we can assume it works the same in that case.

Look Ralph, I have not been impeached nor have I resigned, you can find no where that I did.

Out of respect for Trip's decision I have decided to stay back from IE work for a while and just serve in an advisory role to Jonny. This is because the President feels I should not continue my work here while running for another office. Although I disagree, I respect his decision because he is our leader.

Jonny has FULL AUTHORITY to take any action granted to that of the Imperial Expansion Minister, this is based on two grounds:

He was appointed by me as Deputy to take over should I ever be unable to.

He was the second most voted for candidate in the last election, making him the people's second choice.

That simple. This office requests you no longer declare his posts and polls illegitimate, as these allegations are incorrect.

TImeline: THose two reasons can still be rejected by our opponents because it is not in the code of laws. Thus there is a third reason that I mentioned above

So has Trip established this "emergency member"? I must have missed that. Timeline is not the president. He may establish whom he wants and it's still not rightful.

Clearly, I am still in the position of "acting IE Minister" until the soon-to-be elections are held and I am replaced by either Skywalker or Jonny. Pending that election, I am responsible for all duties pertaining to this office.

Now, that being said, President Trip has requested I not exercise these authorities while running for another office. Now, under protest, I have chosen to respect that decision, and have allowed Jonny to oversee these responsibilities instead.

My only concern is, that Jonny might hinder our collective effort, see Case Pink. He has proven, that he is not willing to take advice, with his words "if you don't like my ideas, run against me". And he has not approved the plan yet. I would feel better, if Timeline would simply remain in the office till the elections.

I think you should elect me for the post of Imperial Expansion Minister because:

I support a policy of rapid expansion that doesn't hurt our military or cause serious corruption problems.

I am on almost every day (I might miss a day or two per month) and will be available to listen to your opinions.

I won't follow a course of action until I am sure what the people want.

I will consider (in my report) every option proposed to me when advising our President, but will support whichever has the most votes.

I promise free bananas for all!
