His problem isn't the fullscreen part, it's the fact that Civ3 is BIG on memory and could easily conflict with other programs.

How about we have 2 turnchats a week?
The first is for general debates about what to do in advance and to set up referendum polls (if necessary).
Then give about 3 days in between before the 2nd turnchat.
The second is for when the Prez actually plays.
This way, people who can't turnchat at same time as Prez can still have input.
You could call the first Prelim Turnchat and the second Executive Turnchat.Proud Citizen of the Civ 3 Demo Game

For those who haven't yet voted, go to the Turnchat Poll Thread to vote on whether to have them or not. If the final vote is yes, then I will make another one asking how often.

It's difficult to find a compromise between Euros and Yanks on this one... If you make it 23h - 5h GMT, it's impossible for working Euros to follow (they have to sleep). If you make it 21-23 GMT, most Yanks will be working at this time.
Still, I agree with Gramphos with 21h - 23h GMT, because most Americans will be able at least to participate a bit, and they won't have to take on their sleep time for this. If the turn chat finishes too late in the Euro night, the chats will be very one sided."I have been reading up on the universe and have come to the conclusion that the universe is a good thing." -- Dissident
