well , when you only get a couple options , and when a lot is miss-understood ,...
when the game gets on his way , at full speed , some people shall have an extreme workload ,....
anyway, a one could call it a senate , one could call it a house of lords , one could call it a lot , but a government body that is similar would and could do alot , ...
